If you or a loved one are struggling with an eating disorder, finding high quality resources early on can make all the difference. If you have not been through treatment before, it’s very common to have questions like:

• How serious is this? How concerned should I be?

• What kind of help do I need? Where do I start?

• What does eating disorder treatment involve?

• What resources are best for my situation?

I have 9+ years of experience in eating disorder treatment in the Seattle area and am passionate about helping people navigate the treatment process and find appropriate resources from the start. I provide 50min phone consultations to help individuals and family members get started in the right direction. This consultation includes an assessment of your needs and the provision of resources and referrals, as well as answering questions about the treatment process and what to expect. This service is not considered therapy and is limited in nature, with the goal of helping clarify your next steps and connecting you to well-suited resources. Fees & Insurance: $120 per 50min. This service is not covered by insurance.
